Not Losing Weight? 5 Common Possible Reasons Why…

Have you tried everything??  - restricting calories, eating 6 small meals a day, or worse taking stimulants and nothing works? I did and that's why I created 5 of the more common reasons why you aren't losing weight -  that you might have never considered!   And they are easily resolved without drastic changes to your lifestyle or eating.    

These are not the only reasons...but they are common and easy to implement.  Do any of these apply to you?  

Not enough or poor sleep
Eating too many processed foods
You're not hydrated enough
You're snacking too much or the wrong snacks
You're not getting enough protein 

It's a start.   We have to start somewhere so let me know how you do and start with just 1 or 2 then incorporate the others.  I can't wait to hear how it helped!
